Some useful pointers to help you bring some sizzle in your sex life. 

• It is very rare that women initiate sex. The main reason they don’t is because they know that the man will. They know that he will let them know when they want it, at which point they can decide whether or not they want to comply.  
• There is a way to change this behaviour of your girlfriend or wife. If you usually have sex a couple of times a week, chances are that she expects that amount of intercourse. So for a period of one week, tease her subtly by giving her long, passionate kisses, sensual massages or caressing her softly. Do this when you are watching a movie and when you know that she is getting aroused, pull away and continue with the activity that you were engaged in, like nothing has happened. A week of this will drive her up the wall and she will be all over you by the weekend.
• Women too fear rejection. Therefore in most cases women fail to initiate sex. Their egos are more fragile. The best way to handle this situation is – the man should reinforce her all the time so that she gets over her shyness and fear of rejection. For example: Encourage her every move. If she puts her hand on your thigh, keep it there. If she gives you a kiss, actively kiss her back. Tell her that you love the moves she makes. Soon, she will learn what turns you on and initiate sex.
• If you have heard “I have a headache” so many times that you have started walking around with a bottle of aspirin in your pocket, the reason could be that your woman may never initiate sex may be because she simply isn’t in the mood nearly as often as you are. Either she has a low libido or is no longer as attracted to you as she used to be. To manage this you have to spice up your love life. Maybe you have stopped charming her and are not as considerate as you used to be.
