10 Tips To Manage Life After A Break Up
1) When you have decided to part ways with your boyfriend/girlfriend then it is best to stay away from each other. The longer you stay in the relationship, you are only agonizing yourself.
2) Find something to occupy yourself with. Sitting around with too much time to think can be torturous. Take up activities that pump your adrenaline like adventure sports, tennis, swimming etc. Anything that tires you, so that you don’t have time to think about your ex again.
3) Pen down your emotions. Writing is very cathartic. You can start a diary and pour your hidden thoughts and emotions without having to explain yourself to anyone.
4) Indulge in activities that make you feel special.
5) Avoid indulging in activities of self destruction like prescription drugs, alcohol and other drugs. You may think that they will relax you but you are actually inviting more trouble.
6) Don’t try to deal the breakup on your own. If you sincerely believe in a friend or a family member then share your feelings and release some of your burden. If you don’t feel comfortable with these people then there are professionals who are trained to help you deal with such situations.
7) When you start seeing other people again, learn to be independent and not get too tangled so that if things don’t workout you don’t find yourself back to square one.
8) Maintain your network of friends, interests and activities that define the person you are.
9) Never stop believing in yourself.
10) Remember whatever happens, it is for the best. You learn with every experience which makes you stronger and more self reliant.

thats all kkk what if u have no friends cause he slept with them as in all of em
he has destroyed ur self esteem got u into 10k at least debt in ur name and u have no idea what to do
